Shipping Policy - MyRovena

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately, so we cannot cancel it after purchase. However, once you receive your order, you may contact our support team to initiate a return. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received.

Important Notice: Due to potential shipping disruptions, delivery times may vary. We are working hard to minimize delays and will keep you updated.


Priority & Insured Shipping

If you choose Priority & Insured Shipping, you’ll have the option to receive a reshipment or a full refund if your package is lost in transit.

Orders placed with Free Shipping or Priority Processing will be reshipped at no cost if lost during transit.


Shipping to Over 200 Countries

We are proud to offer international shipping. However, there may be some locations where shipping is unavailable. If your location is affected, we will notify you.


Lost or Missing Packages

MyRovena is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout. Please double-check your address before finalizing your order.

If we make an error in processing your order, we will fully take responsibility and resend the correct item at no charge.


Customs & Import Fees

Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply once the package arrives in their country. These charges vary by location, and MyRovena has no control over them.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that customs duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Holiday Season Shipping Updates

During peak holiday seasons, high demand may cause delays of an additional 5-7 business days depending on your location. To ensure your order arrives on time, we recommend placing it early.

  • Maximum delivery time: 30 business days
  • Processing time: 1 business day
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day, which may add 1-2 days to the estimated shipping time.

Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please note that some free shipping options may not include tracking.

Tracking Says "No Information Available"

Some carriers take 2-5 business days to update tracking information. If your order was placed over 5 business days ago and there is still no update, please contact us.


Will My Items Arrive in One Package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be shipped separately even if you selected combined shipping. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
